CIVIL LITIGATION ASSOCIATE

Carters is currently looking for a Civil Litigation Associate with three to eight years of experience to service our Toronto practice located at 67 Yonge Street, Suite 1402, Toronto ON. Experience in general corporate/commercial litigation is fundamental, and other areas such as charities and estate litigation would be an asset. Strong drafting and research skills, along with substantive court experience, including motions and trial experience are essential.

CORPORATE LAW CLERK

Carters is currently looking for a Corporate Law Clerk with two to three years of experience to service our Orangeville practice located at 211 Broadway, Orangeville ON. Experience with charitable and not-for-profit clients would be an asset but not essential. Strong word processing skills are required. Familiarity with Soluno and iManage is an asset.
